This class promises to give you the workout you need set to the hottest Caribbean rhythms. This is a total body aerobic and strength workout. Dress to sweat. Requires a yoga floor mat that may be purchased at the studio.
Get the salsa booty you’ve always wanted! This is a cardio dance workout with a booty-licious kick to get your body toned. This workout will have you salsa-ing your way to a slimmer waistline, increase your energy and get you on track to a sexy salsa booty. No experience necessary. Dance to Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, Cha Cha and Reggaeton.
Pilates Open Mat
Pilates (pi-LAH-teez) is a form of body conditioning developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century. The method encompasses more than 500 exercises geared for total body conditioning, core strength, flexibility, agility, balance and alignment. The Mambo Room offers a Pilates Open Mat class, which is a group class for all levels of Pilates enthusiasts that combines mat class exercises and the classical philosophy of Pilates apparatus work without the use of equipment. You will look to your own body to create resistance. This is an amazing way to connect with and strengthen your core.
