Junior Newcomer (ages 6-11):
This class focuses on basic movements and easy to learn Latin and Ballroom dance patterns that can be used either socially or competitively. The class will split the hour learning patterns in Latin and Standard dances, learning a medley of of 3-4 dances in a term. Class meets one time per week and concludes with a showcase at the end of every term.
Youth Newcomer, Bronze and Silver Classes (Available by request for ages 11-18).
Pricing
Tuition per term is based on a ten week period. Multiple children enrolled from the same family will receive a 10% discount for each child enrolled. New Students must pay a one-time registration fee of $25.00 in addition to tuition. Tuition is non-refundable. This applies to any classes students miss and/or if a student decides to discontinue classes completely.

Dress Code
- Shoes: Students are encouraged to own a pair of childrenʼs ballroom shoes. Order from www.stardanceshop.com
- Attire: Ladies are encouraged to wear a leotard and practice skirt. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear black slacks and a button-down, collared shirt. In general, unrevealing activewear that allows for bending, stretching, jumping, and rolling on the floor is appropriate.
Policy on Mid-term Incoming Students
Newcomer students must meet with and have permission from the instructor to enter class in the middle of the term since the information learned is cumulative throughout the ten week period and we want all students to be successful in their dancing and begin at a level where they are most comfortable.
